Recertification of ISO standards

In January 2019, STORM successfully passed recertification audits according to ISO 27001: 2013 and ISO / IEC 20000-1: 2011 standards.

ISO 27001 is an international standard that defines the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving the documented information security management system in the context of overall business operations. It also includes requirements for assessing and dealing with risks related to information security as well as other aspects of security such as physical, technical security and other.

 

ISO / IEC 20000-1: 2011, also an international standard, is the highest quality benchmark for all processes controlling the IT service life cycle from production to end-user technology. This standard defines the requirements for a service management system that includes planning, establishment, implementation, operation, monitoring, review, maintenance and improvement of the service management system. Requirements include designing, moving, delivering, and improving services to meet the expected service requirements.
